Quentin J. Plair

President & CEO

  Before becoming CEO, Mr. Plair spent 15 years in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, and Marketing for Fortune 500 powerhouses Pitney Bowes and PepsiCo.  His last two years in Corporate America were spent with SSL Americas where he served as the Senior Financial Advisor for the Consumer and Industrial Divisions and was instrumental in the turnaround of the Consumer Business. 

 

  Mr. Plair received his undergraduate education at Florida A&M University and his Master's Degree from the University of Bridgeport.  He has one year of Marketing Doctoral work under his belt and currently teaches Organizational Behavior, and Management at the University of Phoenix.

 

  Mr. Plair serves as a Volunteer Coach for the Northeast Atlanta Hawks AAU/YBOA Basketball Organization.

Terence Cheatham

President, Media Division

After graduating from Fredonia State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting, Mr. Cheatham worked for 11 years with various
companies as an Accountant.  After leaving Turner Broadcasting Systems he
became Director of Operations for Creative Financial Staffing (CFS).  By
focusing on targeting, developing and maintaining business, he was key in
developing the Atlanta market for CFS.  For the past six years Mr. Cheatham
has worked as a Manager of Human Resources.

As an Accountant he was the Vice President of Operations and Membership
Chairperson for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Black
Accountants.  Since 1998 he has been a member of the Society for Human
Resource Managers and has worked on several committee boards.  In 2002, he
received his certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  Mr.
Cheatham also serves on the Board of Directors for the Whitehead Boys &
Girls Club.

Hadyn Clarke

Chief Financial Officer

 

Mr. Clarke has extensive Corporate and entrepreneurial financial management experience. His Corporate career includes 20 years of extensive financial experience in the services, health care, and manufacturing sectors.  A native of Trinidad, he built a thriving supermarket business and was very active politically before coming to the US.  In addition to his wealth of experience, Mr. Clarke has an excellent ability to lead and manage the people side of the business. 

 

Mr. Clarke holds undergraduate and Master's Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Adelphi University in New York.  He has a host of Civic duties including; the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Health Initiative Task Force, serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Latin American Association, and a Board Member of the International Village Cultural and Community Center, Inc.
